Pilates for Healthy Movement is returning!

This land fitness class, taught by Kristen Fryer is designed to unlock joints and muscles, restore balance, stretch, and tone muscles. You will use a foam roller to assist and challenge yourself as you learn the fundamentals of Pilate’s movements.

Wednesday’s at 3:55pm in The Hader Room

January 22nd - May 20th

Members/Employees/Residents - $5/class or $15/month
Non-Member - $7/class or $21/month

First class will be Wednesday, January 22nd, 2020

Aqua Burst is returning!

Join Cincinnati State Instructor, Samuel Rowe, Jr. along with Cincinnati State students and faculty for a 45 minute water aerobics class. This class is low-impact and will focus on: respiratory endurance, strength, muscle tone and flexibility.

Mondays & Wednesday’s at 5:15pm-6:00pm in The Aquatic Area
January 15th – May 6th

Members/Employees/Residents - FREE
Cincinnati State Students & Faculty - $65 Class Pass
