Gentle Stretch: Relieve stress and stiffness in the body as you promote relaxation and improve flexibility. Mostly chair-based class. All ability levels welcome.

Fitness Fusion: Get fit and have fun participating in exercises designed to make activities of daily life easier. Body weight, handheld weights, and/or elastic tubing are used for resistance to improve muscular strength and endurance. Chair is offered for seated exercise or standing support. All ability levels welcome.
